In Singapore, the languages they are normally speaking is English(very fluent).. In Singapore, for example, I have make through the immigration, they mentioned in the notice list , for USA, Taiwanese visitors they came to singapore, the important is to filled in the emabarkation form and passport. [VERY IMPT], In else where, if you travelled to other countries, the immigration checkpoint have to see the passport and whether you all got apply through visa. if you go MALAYSIA, if you travelled, the visa is free. there is a recent paper published... as if in Singapore it is a modern countries, security reasons everywhere is tighted. if you bring more than $1000 or more, you must totally declared for check, or else they will penalised for fines if you come out for the gate or belt.
